about you and your goals. We will sit to discuss how I can best support you
and you will provide me with basic information on your current lifestyle.
12-week coaching program
The 12-week coaching program is a one-on-one
program designed specifically for your needs and goals.
The 12-week coaching program includes: weekly sessions,
email check-ins, literature and handouts.
Work with Phoebe one-on-one to establish an exercise routine,
and integrate more movement into your day-to-day life.
Wellness workshops vary in topic and availability.
